Chicken Cordon Bleu

Prep Time: 15 Minutes       Grill Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 slices deli ham
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (your favorite kind, preferably melty)
  • ¼ cup of your favorite caesar dressing
  • Bone Dust, salt and pepper to taste
  • bunch of green beans
  • 16 red skin baby potatoes

Method

  1. Boil your potatoes until they're nearly cooked through. Blanch or steam the green beans as well.
  2. Preheat your grill to 400°F.
  3. While the grill is preheating, use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into your chicken breasts. Wrap 1 tbsp. of caesar dressing and a boatload of cheese into one to two slices of deli ham. Slide the ham into the pocket inside the chicken.
  4. Season the chicken with Bone Dust, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Grill the chicken over direct heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side, then move them to the "off" side of the grill. Top the chicken with the remaining cheese and grill-bake for 15 minutes. While the chicken is grilling, place the green beans and potatoes onto the warming rack of the grill, over the "on" side to finish too.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
